Privacy Policy

What information this site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website (ddlasportsfarm.com) belongs to DDLA Sports Farm, 6440 Crabgrass Rd, St. Cloud, FL — baseball and athletic development with an educational support program for middle and high school students.

Information you give us

When you register an athlete, claim a free-trial or early-bird spot, sign a waiver, answer our questions, book a call, or reach out, you may give us your name, email, phone, and information about your athlete and the programs you're interested in. If you call, text, or email, we receive what you share.

Registration, free-trial, and early-bird forms on this site go to our own records system so our staff can confirm your spot and follow up with you.

Waivers signed on our waiver page include each participant's name and date of birth, emergency contacts, any medical or allergy notes you choose to share, your photo and video choice, and your typed and drawn signature, with the date and time you signed and the network (IP) address and device you signed from, so the signature can be verified. We keep signed waivers securely for as long as we need them for safety, insurance, and legal reasons, and we share them only with our staff, our insurers or legal advisers, or emergency responders when a participant needs care.

Parent accounts for enrolled families may be handled through Brightwheel, whose own privacy notice governs that information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare for your call, confirm registrations and camp spots, keep participants safe, and tell you about our programs, and to comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your player's information

Information about young athletes — such as name, age, experience, training goals, and anything a parent or guardian shares during registration, like health or emergency notes — is provided by a parent or guardian. We use it only to run our programs and keep players safe, and we share it only with our coaches and staff, or when the law requires it.

We may take photos and videos during training, camps, and games. If you'd prefer that photos of your player not be shared online, tell us and we will honor that.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, DDLA Sports Farm may text you about your request, your appointments, and related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.

Visit statistics

To improve the site we count visits: the page, where the visit came from (for example Google or Instagram), the type of device, and an approximate city based on your IP address. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. If you decline optional cookies, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, your visits aren't counted.
